Our vast experience in deepwater pipelines, Subsea Systems, and Land Based pipelines provides a wealth of knowledge and confidence to our customers. For over 20 years, we have maintained close working relationships with American and European contractors, coating companies, and pipe mills. We offer NACE trained Coating Inspectors, Certified Welding Inspectors and Automatic Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) Auditors. HSSE is extremely important to SPT Energy Group, as well as to the inspectors we utilize to represent our clients on location. We offer certified inspectors for the manufacturing of various types of Line Pipe; NACE Certified Inspectors for mechanical protective, weight, insulation and cathodic protective coatings; AWS Certified Welding Inspectors for Weld Procedure Qualification, Welder Qualification, Double Jointing, Quad Jointing, Pipe in Pipe, SCR, and Deepwater Welding scenarios; and Project Management Specialists. Our close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico has allowed us to gain vast amounts of experience in deepwater pipeline installations. This location also provides distinct advantages and proximity to Southern based coating companies and the deepwater transloading ports of New Orleans and Houston. Over the past 12 years our inspectors have utilized their accumulated experience in this very complex and challenging sector to help new projects run more economically and efficiently.
